Description of the project

The project “GreEn – Green entrepreneurship’s for the present and future of Europe and Latin America” is a cooperation partnership between the countries of Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina and Spain that has a duration of 24 months. GreEn aims to accomplish the following main points:

Promote green and digital competences among centres, educators, teachers, facilitators, students and young people from Europe and Latin America, both for teaching and for the implementation of sustainable entrepreneurship.

Create a European and Ibero-American network to foster transnational cooperation and social, green and digital entrepreneurship between the fields of vocational education/training, university education and the third sector.

Develop a “Toolkit” and a “Digital (Gamification) Game” for the acquisition of social, green and digital competences for sustainable entrepreneurship.

Objectives

O1

To increase the capacity of partners to promote quality educational curricula on social, green and digital entrepreneurship in the field of vocational education and training.

O2

To increase the knowledge of educators, teachers and facilitators in social, green and digital entrepreneurship so that they can teach and transfer this knowledge to students and young people.

O3

To increase the competences of students and young people in vocational training in social, green and digital entrepreneurship, in order for them to start their own ventures.

O4

Generate a network (of centres, entities, professionals and young people) that promote social, green and digital entrepreneurship in Europe and Latin America.

Results

The expected results of the project “GreEn – Green entrepreneurship’s for the present and future of Europe and Latin America” are the following:

  1. A Toolkit with 6 modules describing the steps to follow to develop an entrepreneurship.
  2. A Digital Game through gamification processes, non-formal education and intercultural learning, to promote social, green and digital entrepreneurship.
  3. 6 podcasts and 6 newsletters, one for each module of the Toolkit and the Digital Game.
  4. 5 local multiplier events and 1 international multiplier event with the presence of political authorities and youth, social and educational organisations.
